 L-Tyrosine

Sadness and depression is caused by the deficiency of Nor Epinephrine in the brain, which is a result of a lack of adequate amount of tyrosine. L-Tyrosine shows its beneficial effects in improving the functions of brain by enhancing the production of brain messengers. hello all,
Yes, there has been much talk about L-Tyrosine and other aminos of late. I know it can really help, but you need to be sure to get a broad base of all the Aminos in a protein drink perhaps. Otherwise taking one amino acid may throw out the balance of the others.

Ya know the old saying that Nature knows best----nature does not split foods up the way we have done with supplements. That is why for many years the amino groups of supplements were banned in Canada; they thought folks would overdo it with some of them.
