Glutamine
Glutamine or L-Glutamine, a free-form amino acid, can be converted to glutamic acid. L-Glutamine vitamins and supplements play an important role in ammonia disposal. Glutamine is the most abundant amino acid in the body and is involved in many metabolic processes.
