Role of Vitamin C to Treat Allergies

Treatment of Allergies

The overreaction of body’s immune system to certain elements that does not suit body is called allergy. The elements that cause allergy are called allergens, which may include dust, fur, food, and pollens. Not everybody is allergic to all allergens. Different people can be allergic to different allergens. The body organs that get affected by allergens include nose, eyes, ears, skin, and head. Allergens present in air may enter through the skin and nose and cause skin and bronchial allergies.

I never knew that about vitamin c. I've also recently heard and have started using honey. Apparently unpasteurized, straight from the bees bum (I know it's not really from their bums) honey is really good for helping with allergies, hay fever and such. It actually works. 1 tablespoon a day.

Cheers!
